THOUGHT: Mark Twain once said “I can live for two months on a good compliment.” Verbal appreciation speaks powerfully to persons whose primary Love Language is “Words of Affirmation.” Simple statements, such as, “You look great in that suit,” or “You must be the best baker in the world! I love your oatmeal cookies,” are sometimes all a person needs to hear to feel loved.That.is.SO.true. Sometimes I just want to hear it. : )
Why is it that everything that comes out of your mouth .. is so perfect. Everything just falls into place and that scares me. I feel like something bad is going happen and you're either going to decide I'm really not who you thought I was .. or I'm gonna find out you're cheating on me or something. I don't know. Eva thinks that I'm just so use to the drama and the tears that I've pretty much come to expect it. That's probably really true. But at the same time I also feel like I'm blindly trusting you. It doesn't feel like we've just started talking again, I feel like I've known you for years now but I really haven't. Yet I can so easily trust you.
I'm scared.
